Stuart Polkowitz is involved in all phases of litigation and arbitration, primarily focusing on general commercial, real estate, complex construction, health care, insurance coverage, and errors and omissions defense for both insurance and design professionals, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation. He also has experience in the counseling of insurance companies in run-off operations and strategies.
