Paul Tyndall provides legal services to HealthSTAR Communications, Inc., for which he was formerly General Counsel. 

From 1995 until 1999, Paul was Assistant General Counsel at Technology Management & Funding, L.P., in Princeton, an early-stage technology commercialization company. Prior to that, he served as general counsel to a proprietary exercise equipment company and a real estate syndications company. From 1988 through 1991, he was the managing partner of the law firm Blackburn, Michelman & Tyndall in Philadelphia. 

From 1999 until 2006, Paul was General Counsel, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of HealthSTAR Communications, Inc., an independent pharmaceutical and medical device marketing services company headquartered in Woodbridge, NJ. He was a member of the original management team that oversaw the growth of the company to over $250 million in revenues and 500 employees. As General Counsel, he managed all legal aspects of the company, including ten business acquisitions and five new business formations, intellectual property strategies and commercial contracts. As Chief Compliance Officer, Paul developed and implemented a company-wide health care compliance program, including the development of compliance policies and employee training and testing. From 2006 through 2008, Paul was Chief Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of VoiceVerified, Inc., a start-up company that raised $15 million and developed market-ready proprietary voice biometric authentication technology via a hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) model. In addition to managing all legal aspects of the company, he implemented a corporate compliance program, including a corporate code of conduct, ethics policy, and information security policies.
