The year 2010 marks Alan Bernstein's 50th year as a trial attorney, with an impressive record of complex litigation successes. As head of the Insurance Group of Brach Eichler's Litigation Practice Group, Alan is involved in all phases of litigation and arbitration, primarily focusing on errors and omissions defense for both insurance and design professionals, insurance coverage, complex construction, insurance defense, personal injury, environmental and real estate litigation. A unique aspect of Alan's practice involves counseling insurance agencies and design professionals on avoiding costly errors and omissions claims. Alan is also an authority on construction contract negotiations. Throughout Alan's tenure with the firm, he has argued many hallmark cases before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division.
