Anthony Juliano has a broad civil litigation practice. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. His practice also covers litigation and general litigation.

Anthony has represented clients successfully in business tort, contract, restrictive covenant, antitrust, consumer fraud and professional negligence lawsuits. He has represented one of the country's largest independent real estate companies for many years and has earned varied litigation experience representing a wide range of other clients such as medical practices, hospitals, building maintenance companies and their senior management personnel. Anthony represents clients in state and federal court, in arbitrations and before various administrative agencies including the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.

Anthony is also experienced in litigating multimillion-dollar personal injury lawsuits for a wide spectrum of clients.
