Bobby Kasolas concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial, construction and real estate litigation. He also defends employers in employment discrimination cases involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and related claims.
Bobby has been involved in a wide variety of complex commercial, construction, real estate and corporate litigation in both the state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration. Such matters have involved complex construction disputes regarding the construction of public schools and large-scale commercial shopping centers; multimillion-dollar intellectual property and contract disputes between product manufactures/marketers and their competitors, contract manufacturers and customers; business disputes among members and shareholders of business enterprises; and contract disputes between buyers and sellers of real property intended for sizeable residential and commercial development.
Bobby has represented some of New Jersey's largest commercial and residential developers, contractors and owners in disputes involving the construction and development of residential and commercial property. Concerning disputes involving the purchase and sale of land approved for development, he has successfully obtained injunctions against prospective purchasers precluding their filing of a lis pendens against his clients' property.
Bobby has represented significant companies in the area of industrial and commercial manufacturing, finance and banking, real estate ownership and business enterprise involving the theft of trade secrets, theft of industrial processes, trademark infringement, defective product manufacture, breach of warranty claims and breach of contract claims.
Bobby also focuses on litigating disputes on behalf of condominium and cooperative associations, representing the boards of such entities against owners and unit shareholders. Bobby is one of the few attorneys in New Jersey who has extensive experience in successfully terminating the shareholder interest and proprietary lease of cooperative unit shareholders breaching the terms and conditions of cooperative proprietary leases and regulations. He also handles both residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes on behalf of the firm's clients.
