Bonnie Leibowitz-Carchi is an associate in Brach Eichler L.L.C. ’s Trusts and Estates, Business and Tax Group.
She co-authored the article "Transferring the McMansion at a Reduced Cost," published by the New Jersey Law Journal, in November 2008.
Ms. Leibowitz-Carchi is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Newark (J.D., 2007); Rutgers University – Rutgers Business School, concentration in Finance (M.B.A., 2005); and Boston College – School of Arts and Sciences, double major in mathematics and philosophy (B.A., 2000).
While attending law school, she served as Notes Editor for Rutgers Conflict Resolution Law Journal and worked as a law clerk in the areas of real estate, corporate transactions, state and local taxation and trusts and estates.
She is a recipient of the Chief Justice Richard J. Hughes Prize in NJ Civil
Practice.
She is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
