Brian Lenker leads the firm's Commercial Lending Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on banking and acquisitions, sales and reorganizations of businesses, commercial real estate and provides in-depth knowledge of the structuring of financing and asset-based lending. He counsels institutional lenders and mid-size and large companies. In addition to business planning, Brian has in-depth experience in receivables evaluation, loan structuring, commercial loan documentation and financing. He speaks frequently before bankers, accountants and other executive groups on the relationship between banking and business law.
