CHAD D. EHRENKRANZ
ASSOCIATE
Chad Ehrenkranz's practice includes the representation of a variety of health care providers in corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. He actively represents health care clients in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, affiliations, and employment and consulting arrangements. In addition, Chad provides counseling to various health care providers with respect to referral, compensation and ownership arrangements. He regularly advises clients on federal and state fraud, anti-kickback, anti-referral and related regulatory issues. In addition, Chad's practice includes structuring, negotiating and closing a variety of transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of real property. |
