Eric Gross has been an associate in the Brach Eichler Health Law Practice Group since 2007. Previously, he represented auto insurance companies against medical providers in PIP insurance fraud disputes.
While at Brach Eichler, Eric has gained extensive experience in both litigation and transactional matters. He has successfully represented medical providers in reimbursement disputes with insurance companies. Also, he has extensive experience representing providers in matters where insurance companies are seeking to recoup insurance benefits that have already been paid to the providers.
Eric actively represents health care clients in structuring and negotiating buy-ins, dispositions, employment and consulting arrangements. Additionally, he focuses on corporate and regulatory matters involving ambulatory surgery centers, including licensure and verification issues.
Eric also focuses on the representation of physicians in disciplinary matters before licensing boards, such as the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners, and with hospitals with respect to their medical staff privileges. He has helped physicians in successfully responding to complaints submitted by patients to the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners.

During law school, Eric served as a law intern to the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Office of U.S. Senator Frank R. Lautenberg and the City of Newark Department of Law. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable George F. Rohde, Jr. of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
