Jonathan Bick is counsel in Brach Eichler L.L.C. ’s Intellectual Property/Information Technology Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the area of computer and Internet law.

 

He earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University in 1982, an L.L.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1990, his M.B.A., with distinction, from Cornell University in 1978, and his B.S. from Lehigh University in 1975.

 

Mr. Bick has served as a Professor, Internet Law at PACE Law School and Rutgers University Law School (1998-present). He also serves as a Professor for Business Law and Electronic Commerce, Rutgers University & University of Maryland joint Electronic Commerce Masters program (2000-present), as a Professor for the PACE Law Center for Continuing Legal Education (1998-present), and as an Internet Law Visiting Lecturer at Cornell University - Ithaca, NY (2000-present). He is the author of 101 Things You Need To Know About Internet Law (Random House 2000). He has published more than 100 articles regarding Internet law during the past four years and is on the editorial board of The Internet Law & Strategy. He speaks regularly on Internet and computer law-related issues.

Mr. Bick is admitted to practice in New Jersey and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

 

Mr. Bick is a member of the Board of Trustees of B'nai Jeshurun, Short Hills (1998-present) and serves as Assistant Scout Master Troop 15, Christ Church, Short Hills, NJ (1998-present). He is a former member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (1987-97) and former president of Residents of Windmill, Inc. (1994-1997).
