Thomas Kamvosoulis represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation, concentrating his practice on employment discrimination, class action and complex commercial matters.
Tom has represented clients successfully in a variety of lawsuits in both federal and state court, including matters involving employment discrimination, contract, business tort and restrictive covenant issues. He has also successfully defended clients in complex class actions brought under various states' consumer fraud statutes, including the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
Recent successes include defeating class certification in a class action involving consumer fraud claims brought against a local hospital; successful resolution of an employment discrimination claim against a Fortune 500 company client; and summary judgment in favor of a major real estate client dismissing claims for conversion of trade secrets, misappropriation and employee piracy.

Tom was a member, staff writer and associate editor of the Villanova Law Review, as well as a member of the Order of the Coif. During his second year at Villanova University School of Law, he also served as an extern to the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Tom is fluent in Greek.
