Anthony Gruppuso is a member in the Litigation Department. He has represented clients in a variety of complex disputes in federal and state court involving contracts, fraud, professional malpractice, attorney ethics, corporate law, commercial law and bankruptcy.
Prior to joining Brach Eichler in March 2011, Anthony was a director in the Business & Commercial Litigation group at Gibbons P.C., where he practiced for more than 10 years after completing two judicial clerkships.

After graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law, with honors and as a member of Seton Hall Law Review, Anthony served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dorothea O'C. Wefing, J.A.D. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. He then went on to clerk for the Honorable Frederick J. Sculling, Jr. Chief United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of New York.
Anthony was named a New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.
