David Ritter concentrates his practice in personal, tax and estate planning and laws governing corporations, memberships and limited liability companies, and has earned a solid reputation as a trusted personal and business advisor. He provides business succession planning and sophisticated estate planning services to a wide range of clients. In addition, he prepares marital agreements, as relevant, for family planning purposes.
