Jonathan Davis represents landlords, tenants and lenders in all aspects of commercial leasing, including ground leases, industrial, warehouse, office and retail property. He also works closely with Brach Eichler's Health Law practice group representing owners and doctors in the financing, acquisition and leasing of medical space. He is also experienced in buying, selling, financing and leasing contaminated property. His practice also includes representation of mortgage lenders in multi-state loan transactions.

Jonathan spoke on "Hot Topics in Medical Real Estate" to the Western Essex Dental Association. He co-authored "Structuring the Commercial Loan in New Jersey," for the National Business Institute.
