Jeffrey Itzkowitz has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate matters. Jeffrey focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions including finance, leasing, sales, and acquisitions, together with corporate real estate transactions. His practice includes development and construction projects, including development of condominium, town home and single family community developments, as well as conversions of existing properties to the condominium and cooperative form of ownership. Jeffrey's practice also includes representation of clients in the residential multi-family industry, as well as representation of landlords and leasing of commercial office space. Jeffrey Itzkowitz also represents lenders as well as borrowers in secured transactions.

 

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Jeffrey has served as General Counsel for the New Jersey Property Owners Association since 1999. He served as Treasurer for the Association from 2003 to 2006, Vice President from 2006 to 2009 and President 2009 to 2011.
