Jason Watson focuses his practice primarily on employment law litigation and complex commercial litigation.  His experience extends across all stages of litigation, from the pleading state through discovery, motion practice and trial.  He also has substantial experience handling matters in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, he was a trial attorney with The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he handled matters involving employment discrimination, false arrest and excessive force claims, and property damage.
