Leonard Lipsky represents health care clients in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, employment and consulting arrangements and business relations. Len actively counsels health care providers regarding corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters, such as federal and state fraud, anti-kickback, anti-referral and related regulatory issues.
Len has extensive experience in arbitrating health benefits claims for his clients through the New Jersey PICPA program administered by MAXIMUS, Inc. In connection with such work, Len has counseled clients on effectively implementing changes to their billing and collections systems to facilitate the implementation of claims arbitration as a significant method of reimbursement. Len has successfully secured over $4 million in awards on behalf of his clients.
