Paul Bishop’s practice focuses on business, commercial and general litigation. Paul has experience in and has represented clients in several areas of civil litigation including commercial disputes, insurance coverage issues, corporate disputes, constitutional claims, bankruptcy, consumer fraud, personal injury, breach of warranty, land use and environmental litigation.

During law school, Paul was an associate editor of the Labor Lawyer and was an intern for the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of New York. As a result of his academic achievements, Paul was selected as a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society and as a member of Who’s Who Among American Law Students and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Excellence in the study of Appellate Advocacy.
After law school, Paul was law clerk for the Honorable John J. Harper, J.S.C. (ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County.
