Paul M. De Lisi is a counsel in Brach Eichler’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in real estate transactions, commercial lending and leasing. Paul represents property owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, sale or finance of commercial properties. Prior representations include a $600 million waterfront redevelopment project; $155 million acquisition of a multi-family apartment complex portfolio; acquisition and construction financing in excess of $100 million for the initial phase of a multi-phase development; $90 million acquisition financing of a corporate campus; and numerous other transactions involving office buildings, residential apartment complexes, hotels, shopping malls, light industrial properties and other similar commercial properties. Paul is also experienced in commercial lease transactions, structured and mezzanine financing, and IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
