Susan Dromsky-Reed concentrates her practice in estate planning and estate administration. As part of her practice, she provides individuals and families with advice regarding spousal, intergenerational, business succession, charitable planning and preparation of prenuptial agreements. She has assisted clients in implementing such strategies as marital deduction trusts, credit shelter trusts, life insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, dynasty trusts, split-dollar insurance financing transactions and sales of assets to defective grantor trusts, as well as various charitable giving vehicles.

Susan authored a chapter on the New Jersey inheritance and estate tax for the New Jersey Tax Handbook, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 editions, published by American Lawyer Media. She is the co-author of "
Estate Planning & Elder Law: N.J. Estate Planning for Same-Sex Couples", published in the New Jersey Law Journal in December 2011; co-author of "The Charitable Lead Annuity Trust, Estate Planning for the Charitably Inclined," published in the
