Zachary Q. Sinkiewicz is an associate in Brach Eichler’s Labor and Employment and Litigation practices. Zachary represents clients in a variety of labor and employment and commercial matters.
He attended undergraduate at Rutgers University where he majored in English and History prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021. During his time in law school, Zachary interned with Federal Judges Tonianne Bongiovanni, U.S.M.J. and Madeline Cox Arleo, U.S.D.J. He was also an active member of various student organizations, including the moot court team, and further served as a student attorney with the Immigrants’ Rights and International Human Rights Clinic where he successfully helped build a case for asylum.
After graduating law school, Zachary clerked for the Honorable Paula T. Dow, P.J.Ch. in Burlington County. He later practiced at a number of prominent New Jersey firms, garnering experience across several litigation practice areas. Most recently, Zachary worked at Starr, Gern, Davison, & Rubin, where he assisted in developing cases through all phases of litigation as a zealous advocate for his clients in both civil rights and business/commercial litigation matters.
