Business Development Specialist (3+ years’ experience)
Brach Eichler LLC, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to work across the firm’s practice groups, taking ownership of day-to-day business development activities that drive the firm's growth.
Responsibilities
- Attorney Business Development Support. Support the execution of attorney business development plans, tracking action items, and coordinating follow-up activities to keep BD initiatives moving forward.
- Research & Market Intelligence. Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging issues that impact clients and prospects to help inform the firm's BD strategies and plans.
- Pipeline Management & CRM. Keep the firm's business development pipeline organized and up to date - tracking new opportunities, client relationships, and cross-selling efforts.
- Experience Tracking. Compile, organize, and track matter descriptions to maintain practice group experience lists.
- Presentations & Proposals. Prepare tailored materials for client meetings, presentations, and pitch opportunities.
- Marketing Collateral. Assist in developing new marketing materials and ensure all existing materials remain current, accurate, and polished.
- Awards, Rankings, and Recognition. Prepare directory submissions and award nominations, including gathering data and crafting compelling messaging.
- Communications & Thought Leadership. Collaborate with attorneys and the MBD Team on thought leadership content, including client alerts, newsletters, podcasts, and videos.
- Events and Sponsorships. Evaluate event and sponsorship opportunities, coordinate with the firm's Events Team on execution and post-event follow-up, and track ROI to ensure these investments drive meaningful business development results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Minimum of three years of experience in business development or marketing, with legal or professional services experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and confidently.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and strong online research skills; familiarity with CRM platforms, Adobe InDesign, and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
