Sean’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on defending consumer class actions and multi-district litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services and manufacturing, and frequently helps clients navigate new or rapidly changing areas of law, such as those impacting blockchain, cannabis/hemp products, and compostable/recyclable products.
Sean has successfully represented clients at trial in federal and state courts across the United States. He also draws on his time as an in-house lawyer and a former academic to learn about his clients’ business and offer practical, creative solutions that meet their goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Sean worked at Jones Day and was a partner at Alston & Bird.
