Dear Client:

It has been a year since the world as we knew it completely changed.

Like many companies, we closed our physical doors in response to the growing threat of the coronavirus in accordance with the recommendations of the CDC and the WHO, not knowing what lay ahead or when it would end.

We went fully remote, all of us at Brach Eichler working from home with the intent of continuing to serve our clients seamlessly without missing a beat. Through the extraordinary efforts of our attorneys and staff, we have been successful in that regard, learning new technology and working tirelessly through Zoom, telephone, and other means to assist you with your legal and business needs.

I would like to thank you for trusting us with your important matters during this unprecedented time when none of us knew (or still know actually) how long the pandemic was going to affect our daily lives. It has been a difficult year for many people who have been negatively affected—both personally and professionally—by the pandemic. Over the past 12 months, we counseled our clients on many issues that emerged specifically due to regulations or circumstances resulting from COVID-19.

With the advent of the three vaccines that are now being administered across the country, the future looks brighter and we look ahead to, hopefully, some degree of normalcy later this year. We hope that we continue to be your law firm of choice in resolving your legal matters and helping to take your enterprise to the next level.

Thank you for your confidence in Brach Eichler. With your continued support, we will emerge from this chapter in our history even stronger than we were before.

As always, if we can help you with a specific issue or answer a question, please give me a call at 973-403-3107.

Be well and be safe.

Sincerely,

John D. Fanburg, Esq.
