EEOC Releases Updated Employee “Know Your Rights” Poster
The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) released its updated “Know Your Rights Poster” according to an October 19, 2022 press release from the EEOC. Get the poster here. Employers covered by the myriad of federal employment laws are required to post the poster at the workplace. The new poster also includes a QR code for employees to link directly to the EEOC’s webpage titled “How to File a Charge of Employment Discrimination.”
