Thomas Kamvosoulis and Eric Alvarez settled a large commercial litigation for approximately $10 million, recovering the entirety of damages requested by the client. In October 2021, Brach Eichler took over a case in its infancy and amended the pleadings to assert a wide array of contract and tort claims, arising from an international conspiracy to defraud the client out of the monies owed after the sale of an IT staffing business. After several months of complex negotiations, the defendants agreed to pay the client all the consideration due and owing under the sales transaction immediately.
