Commercial Leasing Associate (4-7+ years’ experience)

One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms, a Chambers ranked law firm, seeks a Commercial Leasing Associate.  The candidate should have 4-7+ years of experience with commercial leasing and meaningful experience with commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate would have significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease agreements and experience in drafting purchase and sale agreements and related transaction documents. The ideal candidate will also have experience in representing lenders in commercial mortgage transactions, drafting loan documents and reviewing title commitments, surveys, leases and conducting due diligence. Candidate should be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar. The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
