One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms is seeking a full-time Family Law Paralegal to join our team. Great opportunity for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of law firm family law experience who can provide exceptional support to our attorneys and clients.

Qualified candidate should have excellent computer and communication skills, sound judgment, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include: client contact, preparation of Case Information Statements, drafting subpoenas, answering Interrogatories and preparing client document productions under the supervision of counsel, working with counsel to draft motions, case management of files, organization/indexing of client documents, and other tasks as required. Experience in litigation involving families, estate litigation, and the production of documents and electronically stored information (“ESI”) in connection with litigation is preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is required. An American Bar Association approved Paralegal Certification is preferred, but not required for this position.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
