Brach Eichler LLC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator with 2-3+ years of experience to join our growing team.  In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, recordkeeping, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the firm.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Track employee attendance, leave requests, and benefits administration.
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws as well as internal policies.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the HR team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–3+ years of experience in an HR support role; law firm experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

CompensationA reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.
