Brach Eichler LLC, a fast-paced and dynamic law firm, is seeking an experienced Worker’s Compensation Paralegal with at least 3 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • File Petitions with the Court
  • Request and organize medical records and bills
  • Schedule permanency exams
  • Maintain regular client communication
  • Support attorneys with case preparation as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a worker’s compensation paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of worker’s compensation law
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and writing skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with clients
