Jenna Lofaro is an associate in the Litigation Department at Brach Eichler and focuses on commercial, construction, and civil litigation.
Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Jenna handled litigation matters in both New Jersey and New York involving construction and general liability. She also served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Annette Scoca, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court Essex County Law Division.
Jenna earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School Newark where she served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She also acted as a student attorney in the Rutgers Federal Tax Law Clinic, representing taxpayers involved in various disputes with the IRS in the United States Tax Court.
