Josue Madrid handles estate administration matters and drafts a variety of trust and estate documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and trust amendments and modifications, among others.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Josue was an attorney with the Hudson County Surrogate’s Court, in Jersey City, New Jersey. In that role, he counseled clients on the preparation of will probate and administration petitions, estate laws and drafted applications for the appointment of guardians of property for minors, as well as judgments for the Surrogate for probate, administration, and guardianship matters. Furthermore, he assisted the Superior Court Section with filings regarding adult guardianship matters and child adoptions. Josue is fluent in Spanish.
