Sally M. Olson is an associate in the Healthcare Law group at Brach Eichler LLC. Ms. Olson represents healthcare providers and individual healthcare professionals in a variety of business transactions, and regulatory matters affecting their operations.

Ms. Olson’s healthcare practice focuses on the representation of individual healthcare professionals, including physicians, dentists, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants, and medical technicians, as well as medical practices, including hospital systems, ambulatory surgery centers, management services organizations, and clinically integrated networks. She is well versed in the complex statutory and regulatory laws affecting these individuals and entities, and drafts and negotiates a wide variety of agreements, such as hospital affiliation agreements, confidentiality agreements, operating agreements, stockholders agreements, buy-sell agreements, cease and desist letters, and purchase agreements.
