M. Sidney Donica concentrates his practice in helping small and medium-sized developers and owners grow their businesses, projects, and portfolios. Sid handles real estate transactions, commercial lending, corporate finance, development, construction contracts and litigation, and real estate tax structuring and appeals. He brings his experience as a real estate developer and investor to bear in finding practical business solutions and tax-advantaged structures for his clients. His practice includes the representation of:

  • Owners and developers in the acquisition, development, and construction of residential, retail, health care, and office properties
  • Real estate syndicators and large private operators in structuring and closing transactions
