Amy M. Van Fossen has been promoted to counsel at Brach Eichler, a law firm based in Roseland, N.J., the firm said Monday.
Van Fossen has experience with estate planning and administration, according to Brach Eichler.
She works with clients to minimize transfer taxes and uses wills, revocable trusts, and grantor retained annuity trusts to protect high net worth individuals and multi-generational wealth, Brach Eichler said.
