Family Law Attorney (1-3 years’ experience)
Brach Eichler LLC, a dynamic law firm with 90+ attorneys based in Roseland, New Jersey, is seeking an entry level attorney to join its expanding family law practice. Candidate should have 1-3 years of law firm experience in family law. Ideal candidate would have experience in litigation involving families, estate litigation, closely held business disputes, and some commercial litigation. Will be expected to be able to work independently, draft comprehensive case information statements, draft motion documents (briefs and certifications), handle discovery, take and defend depositions, communicate with clients, and appear in court. Trial experience (including domestic violence) preferable.
Candidate must be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar. New York Bar Membership preferred. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $112,500 - $140,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
