Brach Eichler Cannabis Resource Center

Brach Eichler, a true pioneer in cannabis law, was one of the first law firms in New Jersey to establish a cannabis law practice. Our Cannabis Law Co-Chairs, Charles X. Gormally and John D. Fanburg, are thought leaders in the expansion of medical cannabis in New Jersey and in navigating the road toward a legal and regulated adult-use marketplace. As we approach November’s cannabis referendum, make Brach Eichler’s Cannabis Resource Center your primary source of thoughtful and informative commentary on the current landscape, including what needs to happen to move this potentially beneficial and lucrative market forward. The results of our new Brach Eichler Cannabis Poll, aimed at taking the temperature of New Jersey voters on the cannabis, are particularly insightful. See below for all of our content including white papers, videos, podcasts, alerts, and blogs.

Brach Eichler's Cannabis Poll

Brach Eichler is conducting a series of polls in conjunction with DKC Analytics to assess New Jerseyans’ opinions about the legalization of marijuana as we approach the November ballot question.
