Legal Secretary - Litigation (5+ years' experience)
One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms seeks a full-time Legal Secretary to provide support to the litigation and healthcare departments. Candidate will be carrying out various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience that includes litigation.
Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment, and ability to interact effectively with attorneys and clients.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of and ability to apply office software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PDF.
- Ability to coordinate work assignments, prepare legal correspondence and documents, transcribe digital dictation, organize and maintain files and records.
- Experience with e-filing in New Jersey and New York preferred.

Receptionist (2+ years' experience)
Brach Eichler LLC, one of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms, a Chambers ranked law firm, seeks a Receptionist. Receptionist will manage a busy Front Desk and Conference Center. The Receptionist is the first point of contact and is therefore the Firm’s first official representative. The Receptionist is expected to welcome clients and visitors to the Firm in a professional and friendly manner and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. Ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly and professional.
Administrative tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the reception area is “client ready” at all times.
- Providing information to callers and visitors regarding the Firm.
- Offering visitors a beverage prior to escorting them to the appropriate meeting room.
- Organizing and maintaining conference room scheduling on a daily basis.
- Co-ordinating client, visitor, attorney, and administrative meetings; arranging for beverage service and/or catering.
- Answering main telephone, screening and directing calls; answering attorney’s private telephone lines as requested.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy multitasking, possess a “can-do” attitude, and have the ability to handle situations with poise and confidence.
Prior experience in a similar position within the professional service industry required; prior law firm experience a plus. Must be proficient in MS Outlook and “Meeting Room” scheduling software. Experience using a Voice Over IP telephone system required.

Commercial Finance / Real Estate Associate (3+ years' experience)

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions and representing lenders in commercial finance and real estate transactions.
