Commercial Finance / Real Estate Associate (3+ years' experience)
One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms, a Chambers ranked law firm, seeks a Commercial Finance / Real Estate Associate. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions and representing lenders in commercial finance and real estate transactions. Ideal candidate would have experience closing commercial mortgage loans on behalf of institutional and commercial lenders, experience with drafting and negotiating loan documents and related closing documents, reviewing title commitments, surveys, leases and conducting due diligence.
Candidate should be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar. Must have meaningful transactional experience drafting and negotiating deal documents. The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.

Litigation Associate (3+ years' experience)
Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience sought for busy complex commercial litigation practice. Must be able to work independently and have both commercial litigation and general litigation experience. Chancery practice, health law and/or employment law experience is a plus. Applicant must have experience taking and defending depositions, and experience in both state and federal court. Excellent writing and analytical skills required. Judicial clerkship experience a plus. New Jersey Bar admission required; New York Bar admission preferred.
