Brach Eichler LLC, a fast-paced and dynamic law firm, is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • File Complaints, Motion, Proof of Service etc. documents with the Court
  • Request and organize medical records and bills
  • Prepare and send settlement documents
  • Maintain regular client communication
  • Support attorneys with case preparation as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a plaintiff litigation personal injury paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of plaintiff personal injury law
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and writing skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with clients

Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
