Warren Hall, then 48 years old, was injured following a rear-end accident in March 2015 with little property damage, causing soft-tissue injuries and post-surgical changes to a prior fusion surgery. As a result of the accident, Mr. Hall underwent conservative treatment and a two-level post-accident fusion on his lower back. Edward Capozzi assisted by co-counsel, Corey Dietz, represented the client who agreed to a $750,000 settlement in his Essex County suit, Hall v. Goldberg, et als., on March 29, 2018.
