Brach Eichler Celebrates its 55th Year and Expands its Office
New long-term lease, additional staff, and its name in lights on its Roseland, NJ HQ marks Brach Eichler’s continued growth
Roseland, NJ (April 28, 2022) – Brach Eichler LLC, today announced it is expanding its New Jersey presence following the signing of its lease which includes the growth and renovation of its Roseland, New Jersey office. This year the multidisciplinary law firm celebrates its 55th anniversary, evidence to Brach Eichler’s continued growth and longevity. The expansion of the firm’s New Jersey headquarters enhances Brach Eichler’s ability to provide clients with services across the firm’s practice areas of healthcare, real estate, litigation, corporate and labor and employment practices, among others.
Brach Eichler will increase its current office footprint by 15 percent to 56,000 square feet and will now occupy the entire 2nd floor in addition to maintaining its additional space on 3rd floor. The expanded space is expected to be completed by Labor Day, with approximately 18 new offices, a new courtroom for virtual trials, as well as two state-of-the-art technologically advanced conference rooms. Additionally, the terms of the extended lease for the largest resident at 101 Eisenhower Parkway, include two Brach Eichler signs to be installed, one facing Eisenhower Parkway and the other facing Interstate-280.

Brach Eichler recently announced its largest member promotion class of 10 accomplished lawyers from a wide range of practices. From 2021 to date, Brach Eichler has added 35 new hires comprising of attorneys and staff. The firm’s office expansion comes as some law firms have begun to rethink their office space needs after finding success working from home. However Brach Eichler believes that there is a loss in collaboration, relationship building and firm culture with an all-virtual law firm. “While many companies have reduced their office footprints during the pandemic, Brach Eichler is committed to returning to an in-person office experience to practice law passionately with an eye toward the end result,” said Fanburg. “We are doubling down on office space because we believe in-person collaboration is vital to our attorneys’ training and mentorship.”
The Firm made painstaking efforts to ensure the New Jersey office is operating in a safe and careful manner. In light of the unique circumstances posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19), the firm has implemented several health and safety precautions to prioritize a safe work environment as well as mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Steps taken to address the risks of working in a close-contact environment include professionally cleaning and disinfecting the office space; installing ionization and air filtration units to reduce the flow of irritants within the office space; and installing plexiglass barriers at open workspaces.
