We are seeking a senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney with 6-10+ years of experience in construction law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both private and public construction agreements and litigation matters, including:
  • Delay claims
  • Change order claims
  • Termination claims
  • Lien and bond claims
  • Bid protests
Qualifications:
  • D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in both New Jersey and New York required.
  • 6–10+ years of relevant experience in construction law, including contract review and negotiation.
  • State and federal court experience required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
  • Trial experience and judicial clerkship experience preferred.
