Senior-level Construction Litigation Attorney with 6-10 years of solid construction law experience with both private and public construction agreements and litigation, including delay claims, change order claims , termination claims, lien and bond claims, and bid protests.  State and federal court experience required.  Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.  Strong research, writing and analytical skills required. Trial experience and judicial clerkship experience preferred.  Experience with contract review and negotiations is a plus.  NJ and NY Bar admission required.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $150,000 - $205,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
