Family Law Paralegal (5+ years’ experience)

Brach Eichler LLC, an 85+ attorney firm based in Roseland, New Jersey, is looking to add a family law paralegal to its team.  Great opportunity for an experienced paralegal with 5+ years’ family law experience. Qualified candidate should have excellent computer and communication skills, sound judgment, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include: client contact, preparation of Case Information Statements, drafting subpoenas, answering Interrogatories and preparing client document productions under the supervision of counsel, working with counsel to draft motions, case management of files, organization/indexing of client documents, and other tasks as required. Experience in litigation involving families, estate litigation, and the production of documents and electronically stored information (“ESI”) in connection with litigation is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college is required. Paralegal certification is optimal. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.
