Mid-level attorney with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience sought for busy complex commercial litigation practice. Must be able to work independently and have both commercial litigation and general litigation experience. Must be highly proficient in all aspects of eDiscovery, including best practices for the preservation and collection of electronic evidence and review of eDiscovery using an electronic support software platform such as Everlaw or Relativity. Chancery practice, health law and/or employment law experience is a plus. Applicant must have experience taking and defending depositions, and experience in both state and federal court. Excellent writing and analytical skills required. Judicial clerkship experience a plus. New Jersey Bar admission required; New York Bar admission preferred.
