Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Associate (1-5 years’ experience)

Brach Eichler LLC is seeking a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Associate to join our growing and dynamic practice. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of law firm experience and a strong interest in plaintiff personal injury litigation.

This position offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload from intake through resolution, including drafting and responding to discovery, taking depositions, and participating in arbitrations and trials. The associate will also benefit from hands-on training and mentorship from certified civil trial attorneys.

The successful candidate will be organized, hard-working, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; admission to the New York Bar is a plus.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
