George Meggali is an associate in Brach Eichler’s litigation group. George represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including commercial disputes and regulatory investigations. He is involved in all stages of the litigation process, from case development through resolution.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, George was a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC, where he specialized in white-collar and organized crime criminal matters and tried two tax fraud cases to guilty verdicts. George began his legal career at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in New York, where he led Fair Housing Act investigations, advised on compliance with affordable housing regulations, and served as in-house counsel to regional HUD programmatic offices.
