Peter L. MacIsaac (certified Civil Trial Attorney) is Counsel in the Personal Injury Department. He focuses on all forms of personal injury and represents people who have sustained catastrophic injuries from auto, premises, commercial, professional and products liability. He has tried cases to verdict involving wrongful death, automobile accidents and premises liability.
Peter has argued before the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey; the Supreme Court of New Jersey; the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Peter was named to the Rising Stars® list published by New Jersey Super Lawyers® for his efforts representing victims of professional medical negligence.
