Brad Prestiano’s practice focuses on trust and estate planning and administration. He advises clients on a broad range of matters related to the preservation and transfer of wealth, including the preparation of trusts, wills, business succession plans, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Duffy, J.T.C. in the Tax Court of New Jersey. Drawing on the knowledge and analytical skills developed during his clerkship, Brad can help clients navigate federal, state, and local tax matters and develop plans that protect their assets and meet their goals.
