Zachary Robert Mueller focuses his practice on a variety of labor and employment litigation matters, as well as commercial and construction matters and shareholder/member disputes in closely held companies. He is committed to providing practical, results-driven counsel to employers navigating the complexities of workplace law.
Prior to joining the firm, Zachary served as a law clerk to the Honorable Maritza Berdote Bryne in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable John Michael Vazquez in the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
Zachary was the Commentaries Editor of the Washington University Law Review and was selected for the Washington University Appellate Clinic.
