Patterson, Member and Vice Chair, Healthcare Law at Brach Eichler LLC has been named one of 48 women leaders honored by Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ) at its biennial Salute to the Policy Makers Gala on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. The event recognizes accomplished women from New Jersey’s public and private sectors whose leadership, achievements and impact are helping shape the state’s businesses, institutions and communities.

As Member and Vice Chair of Brach Eichler’s Healthcare Law practice, Patterson is a trailblazer in a field where women remain underrepresented in leadership. She is a nationally recognized advisor to  physician practices, hospitals, health systems, and life science companies, with a distinctive niche in ophthalmology and retina care. A passionate advocate for women, Patterson has helped build a culture that celebrates women at the firm through its affinity group, BEWISE (Brach Eichler Women’s Initiative for Success and Excellence). Through that work, she mentors women and creates opportunities that help them find their voice and succeed, both professionally and personally, which makes this recognition especially meaningful.
